AdClinica uses the following subprocessors to deliver the Service. Each is engaged under a written agreement and only processes personal data on our instructions. This list forms part of our Data Processing Addendum.

• Shlink — Link shortening and click attribution for tracked links (hosted: Self-hosted (EU))
• Apify — Collection of public web and social data for market intelligence (hosted: EU / US)
• PostHog — Product analytics on the AdClinica application (hosted: EU / US)
• Stripe — Subscription billing and payment processing (hosted: US)
• Microsoft Azure — Application hosting, managed database and file storage (hosted: US)
• MXroute — Mailbox hosting for client outreach addresses (hosted: US)
• Anthropic — Large language model drafting of outreach and content copy (hosted: US)
• Resend — Transactional and lifecycle email delivery (hosted: US)

AI drafting

Outreach and content copy may be drafted with a large language model provided by Anthropic. The text sent for drafting is limited to business contact and campaign context; it is not used to train third-party models, and no clinical or patient data is sent.
